A structured path to calm, clarity, and confidence—paired with Psychotherapy, EMDR, and Schema Therapy as needed. WhatsApp us, contact us, or book an appointment.

Are you hoping to live a life with self-mastery over your emotions? To regain power over fear, frustration, and anxiety—and reach your highest potential? Good news: these hopes are possible.

Drawing from 18+ years of psychotherapy with 1,000+ clients, I developed RENEW, a five-stage approach to transform beliefs, values, and thought patterns into sustainable wellbeing:

  • R — Recognise your symptoms
  • E — Evaluate your past and current self
  • N — be Nice to your weaknesses and strengths
  • E — Embrace who you are
  • W — Woo yourself

This holistic program goes beyond symptom relief. It begins with an inward journey to uncover limiting beliefs and false assumptions, then applies targeted techniques to reshape your inner landscape and build positive momentum from your strengths and true self.

The RENEW program at a glance

1) Recognise your symptoms (R)

We first decode what’s happening: depression, anxiety, anger, relational friction, performance dips, or social withdrawal. These are clues pointing to unmet needs or unresolved experiences.

Common signs include:

  • Crying frequently for no obvious reason
  • Persistent feelings of inferiority or hopelessness (prolonged)
  • Thoughts of suicide
  • Uncontrollable emotions; prolonged stress/anger/anxiety
  • Difficulty making friends or working in teams
  • Strained family relationships or marital conflict

“There is no need to suffer silently and there is no shame in seeking help.”
Catherine Zeta-Jones

2) Evaluate your past and current self (E)

This stage is self-discovery. We reconnect you with your core values, talents, and identity—often buried by setbacks—without judgment or shame.

  • We identify obstacles that blocked access to your true self.
  • Using EMDR, Schema Therapy, and Inner Child work, we surface and process underlying emotions driving current symptoms.

“Self-awareness is the ability to take an honest look at your life without any attachment to it being right or wrong, good or bad.”
Debbie Ford

“We cannot change what we are not aware of, and once we are aware, we cannot help but change.”
Sheryl Sandberg

3) be Nice to your weaknesses and strengths (N)

Acceptance is powerful. We lay down old self-blame and make peace with what shaped you—while learning skills to respond differently now.

  • Approaches include mindfulness and CBT tools.
  • We let go of baggage (resentment, hatred) and rebuild personal leadership.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
Carl Rogers

4) Embrace who you are (E)

Neuroscience shows the brain’s neuroplasticity—we can rewire patterns at any age. Here we train attention, habits, and meaning-making so positivity sticks.

  • Practices: journaling, letters to younger self, visualisation, gratitude.
  • We amplify strengths and set workable plans to address growth areas.

“Believing you can and you’re halfway there.”
Theodore Roosevelt

“You see the world not as it is, but as we are… When we describe what we see, we describe ourselves.”
Stephen Covey

5) Woo yourself (W)

With authentic self-acceptance, you become your own best friend—able to love and advocate for yourself without people-pleasing.

  • You cultivate a steady inner base, so when life brings stress, you bounce back faster.
  • You move from constant struggle to lightness, gratitude, and grounded confidence.

How RENEW works in practice

  1. Assessment & goals — clarify symptoms, values, hopes.
  2. Personalised plan — select modalities: EMDR, Schema Therapy, Gestalt, CBT, mindfulness.
  3. Skill building — micro-habits, emotional regulation, communication.
  4. Integration — in-session processing + between-session experiments.
  5. Consolidation — relapse-prevention and strengths-led routines.

Pair RENEW with Marriage Counselling or Beating a Breakup Hurts if relationship themes are central.
